This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you visit this website, sign up to our mailing lists, book a call, or enquire about our services. It's written to comply with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
What data we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
Contact details you give us when signing up to a mailing list (name, email address) via our sign-up forms, hosted on MailerLite.
Booking details you give us when booking a call via Calendly (name, email, and any information you add in the booking form).
Enquiry details you send us by email, including anything you choose to tell us.
Payment and order details if you purchase a service or product through our website's checkout (handled by Squarespace Commerce/our payment processor).
Technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected automatically via cookies (see our Cookie Policy below).
We do not knowingly collect any special category data (e.g. health, religion) unless you choose to share it with us directly, and we ask you not to include such details in enquiries unless necessary.

Who we share your data with
We use third-party processors to help run our business. They only process your data on our instructions:
MailerLite — email marketing and sign-up forms
Calendly — call booking and scheduling
Squarespace — website hosting, forms, and (if applicable) payment processing
We don't sell your personal data, and we don't share it with anyone else for their own marketing purposes.
International data transfers
Some of our providers (e.g. MailerLite, Calendly) may store or process data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or the provider's UK-approved data transfer mechanism. You can ask us for more detail on request.
How long we keep your data
Newsletter/mailing list data: kept until you unsubscribe, or for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
Enquiries that don't turn into a booking or sale: kept for 12 months, then deleted.
Client and contract records (including invoices): kept for typically 6 years for UK tax/accounting purposes.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

Object to or restrict certain processing
